Booking

  • Within 24 hours following receipt of your booking request via our website form, you will receive a quotation. Your booking is definitively confirmed once we receive payment of the amount indicated on this quotation, within the specified deadline. No confirmation will be sent if the deposit is not received within this time limit.
  • During the week preceding your stay, you will receive by e-mail the directions to reach us as well as other important information.

Rental period

  • Rental periods are slightly staggered between our accommodations in order to organize cleaning and preparation efficiently. For lodge 2, the stay runs from Saturday 5:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am. For lodges 1 and 3, the stay runs from Sunday 5:00 pm to Sunday 10:00 am. These times may be adjusted depending on your needs and our availability.
  • For weekend bookings, stays start on Friday from 5:00 pm.

Payment

  • The first payment, corresponding to a 30% deposit of the total amount, must reach us by bank transfer or check within 4 to 7 days following the date indicated on the quotation.
  • The balance must be paid no later than two months before the start of the rental period. Failing payment within this time, the owner reserves the right to suspend or cancel the booking according to the conditions set out in the “Cancellation” section below.
  • Checks will be cashed at the start of your stay.

Security deposit

  • The security deposit, intended to cover any damage caused to the accommodation, is set at €400. It must be paid at the same time as the balance, by separate check. It will be returned within one week after the end of your stay, provided that no damage has been noted.

Energy

  • Electricity consumption is charged in addition, based on an individual meter. Instructions are available in the lodge so that you can easily monitor your consumption.

Tourist tax

  • In accordance with French regulations, a tourist tax will be applied. The tourist tax rate is 0,70 € per person (over 18 years old) and per night according to the official scale. For more information, you can consult the official website.

Cancellation

  • In case of cancellation for reasons of force majeure, made in writing no later than 1.5 months before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs after this deadline, the deposit remains due to the owner. For any cancellation less than one month before the start of the rental, the full amount of the booking remains due to the owner.
  • For a change of the booking period there are no administration fees.

End-of-stay cleaning

  • End-of-stay cleaning is carried out by us and included in the rental price.
  • This service is based on a lodge left in good condition, meaning that the furniture is in its original place, standard items are complete, and the lodge is generally tidy. Any additional costs resulting from restoring the lodge and its equipment to their original condition will be charged to the tenant.

Linen and optional services

  • Some linen is provided for every rental:
    • a bath mat for the bathroom
    • a tea towel and a hand towel for the kitchen
  • Bed linen and household linen are optional, but you may bring your own. It is also possible to rent linen via the booking form.
  • For beds: a complete set including sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase.
  • For the bathroom: bath towels.

Pets

  • We accept dogs except category 1 and 2 breeds.
  • An extra charge of €12/night applies for other breeds.
  • We cannot accept cats.

Maximum number of persons

  • The number of persons occupying the lodge must be indicated on the booking form. For each lodge, a maximum of 5 persons (adults and children) applies. This maximum may only be exceeded with the owner’s explicit permission and will be charged according to the agreed conditions.

Inventory check

  • The inventory must be checked within 24 hours of your arrival. Any damage noted must be reported within the same period. After this period, the tenant will be considered responsible for the inventory and any damage.
  • The folder containing the inventory is available in each lodge.

Smoking

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the lodges. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, the full amount of your security deposit may be retained by the owner for cleaning and deodorizing the lodge.

Liability

  • During the stay in the lodge, the tenant is responsible for the condition of the accommodation, furniture and all equipment present on the property.
  • We cannot be held liable for discomfort or damage resulting from unforeseen events, such as power cuts due to storms, severe weather, flooding or any other natural phenomenon, nor from temporary changes beyond our control or knowledge.
  • Outdoor play equipment made available on the property is used under the responsibility of the parents or accompanying adults. We cannot be held liable for any accident or damage occurring during their use.
